Them Thar Hills Tent of Carlisle
Good to welcome Steve Neale to the Them Thar Hills Tent’s 7th birthday meeting. The 6th since re-floundering, originally floundered 1981. Two previous Grand Sheiks and the current Grand Sheik are shoiwn above.
A special Two Ronnies Aussie sketch was shown in honour of Steve’s visit. Also shown were the Gordon Rollings John Smiths adverts, along with Them Thar Hills, Tip Me Hat and Perfect Day .

The Chumps have a new venue for our monthly meetings.
The May Beau Chumps tent meeting will be held as scheduled on Wed 8 May, but at the Alexandra on the Ryhope Road / Queen Alexandra ‘Fine Fare Roundabout’ in Grangetown, Sunderland, SR2 9PF. https://www.alexandrasteakhouse.co.uk/

If any of you will be on the vicinity of Sheffield city centre on the afternoon/evening of 1st June, several Sons (and Daughters) of the Desert will be exploring a few real ale bars and having the time of our lives! This is just a social event mingling with fellow Sons.
